Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday, 11AM to 5:30PM CST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days). During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time. 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service team.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

- Total distance between us and you

Shipping rates will vary

Domestic Shipping

- USPS UPS or FedEx

International Shipping

- We currently do not offer shipping internationally.

 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or with your local police department. 
We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
