Refund Policy

Online Policy

Received your online order and just not feeling it? No problem! Ask yourself: 

  • Did I use a promo code? 

  • Was my item marked on Sale, Last Chance or Final Sale?

  • Is this any type of accessory, candle, or skincare?

  • Did I receive my order over 14 days ago?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, we ask that you please hang onto, donate, or gift the item, as your order is ineligible for a return.

If your order is eligible for return, request a return HERE. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery date if the item is in original condition. All clothing items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, smoke, etc. 

Return label must show proof of tracking within 3 days past the 14 day return window.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ACCESSORIES, SKINCARE, CANDLES, SALE ITEMS, LAST CHANCE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS, OR PROMO CODE ITEMS.

If a return is approved by our team, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. McClellan & Co. is not responsible for any lost or untraceable shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email notification of your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 days for your refund to show on your account.

Returns must first be approved by our Customer Service team. If you do not reach out to us and return your products without our consent, reimbursement can not be initiated. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer online exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock. Please proceed with the returns process (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you'd like.

In Store Policy

If your item is eligible for return please visit us in store with your original receipt and we will process your return! If you ordered your product online you may return in store, please bring item(s), original packaging, enclosed invoice and email confirmation of purchase. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We can only return to original tender. Items eligible for return will always remain at the discretion of our customer service team.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unused items, in their original condition with all tags still attached and with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. All clothing items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, smoke, etc. Excluded items include sale, last chance or final sale, and accessories such as earrings, purses, shoes, etc. If you ordered your product online you may exchange in store, please bring item(s), original packaging, enclosed invoice, and email confirmation of purchase. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your exchange value. Items eligible for exchange will always remain at the discretion of our customer service team.
